What is Osteoflex?

Osteoflex is a sequence of structured, deep muscle stretching routine designed by an Osteopath to greatly improve flexibility, mobility & posture, which completely balances and aligns your body.

History

Amit Vekaria, -  founder of Osteoflex is a qualified Osteopath and has been practicing Osteopathic Medicine and Naturopathy for many years . Having a deep understanding of how the musculoskeletal system works , together with practicing Yoga for many years, has led Amit to have a further basis to help his day to day patients with their pain symptoms and to help improve their posture.

Although Amit practiced yoga with many different Yoga therapists, he was convinced it did not encompass everything, to fulfill a completely balanced body, and often felt left with pockets of tightness or injury after sessions.

The classes include:

Full body deep stretching techniques - increase flexibility, reduce aches, pains and stiffness

Core strengthening and abdominal toning - building strength and power

Posture correction - stand straighter, taller and wiser

Deep breathing - increase lung capacity, increase O2 supply to body, reduce stress & anxiety

Candle Meditation - improve concentration, memory power, sinus and tear cleansing

Clap therapy - awaken your organs via acupressure

Laughter therapy - Improve immune system, circulation, endorphin release

Mindfulness - Reduce stress & anxiety
